Monitoring
Managers are designated to monitor all system activities within their branch or department. They have read-only access to all transaction tickets and audit logs to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Approval
The Manager's Module is the hub for high-level approvals. This includes validating Stock Requests, Purchase Orders, and significant accounting adjustments before they are finalized.
Internal Control Principle
By restricting Managers from creating transactions themselves, Phecom ERP enforces the "Check and Balance" system. This prevents potential conflicts of interest and ensures that those who approve the data are independent of those who record it.
